摘要
弹上电子产品是导弹的重要组成部分,其贮存性能直接决定着导弹的技术状态。为了快速预估弹上电子产品的贮存使用寿命,针对其不同贮存使用环境,利用加速寿命试验的设计原则,对加速老化试验方案进行了设计。该试验方案可为进一步设计导弹在不同环境应力影响下的加速寿命试验提供试验设计思路。
Electronic products are the important part of missile. The storage performance of its effect on the technique state of the mis- sile. In order to shorten testing time and evaluate its life, the means of accelerated life test is advanced. The test scheme is designed by the way of accelerated life to simulate different enviromental stress. The idea of test can also be applied to design accelerated missile life test un- der different enviromental stress.
