摘要
使用新原子化器──金属钨平台和全热解石墨管测定环境样品中锶,其优点为:①避免锶和石墨管中碳形成化合物,有利提高峰高灵敏度和消除记忆效应,②避免溶样用的硝酸和高氯酸对石墨管的腐蚀以及产生严重的基体效应,③空白低。比较了各原子化温度时的理论和实验特征量,选择了最佳实验条件,测定各种环境标准物质中的锶。准确度和精密度优于5%。
A new atomizer-tungsten foil platform in total pyrolytic graphite tube was used for the determination of environmental strontium. The principal advantages of this new atomizer are: ①increase in sensitivity and elimination of memory effect caused by the isolation of the sample from earbon, ②elimination of matrix effect from HNO_3, HClO_4 and different matrices caused by the highly resistant tungsten-foil surface and the delay of the atomization signals for sample vaporation from the W-foil platfrom, ③low Sr blank in atomizer. A comparison is made between the calculated and experimental values of the characteristic mass at atomization temperatures ranging from 1700 to 3100K. The best experimental conditions were selected. quantitative analysis data for Sr in solutions of reference materials(tea, tea tree leaf, peach leaf, cabbage, water sediments, coal fly ash, soils and rock) are presented,the accuracy and precision are better than 5%.
