学习和与管理是体育专业领导团队建设和发展的核心问题。本文对体育专业管理团队的特点与学习内容,团队学习的深度,团队与内部和外部的学习交流等问题进行阐述。
The managerial teams of P.E major is the core of leading system in P. E universities, and the key issue of development and building for P. E major. This paper will focus on the factors effecting on the managerial team of P. E major, and the ways, the fields of communicating with the outside. Meanwhile, this paper also proposes the managerial and study systems for managerial teams and leaders of P.E. major .
