摘要
为了把板内地震预报和蕴震过程研究推进到一个新水平,作者建议立即着手发展板内地壳形变系统动力学——大地测量学和现今地球动力学相交叉的一个新学科。 文中提出了一些新概念和新方法,如板内构造系统蕴震说和蕴震系统信息合成方法,还讨论了跨断层形变动态观测资料的作用。
Author suggests that a new cross-subject between geodesy and present-day geodynamics, system dynamic of intraplate crustal deformation, should he developed at once in order to advance intraplate earthquake predication and study of seismogenic procces to a new level.Some new concenpts and methods such as Integrated Seismogenic Hypothesis of Intraplate Tectonic Systems and Information Sythesis of Seismogenic System(ISSS) are put forward.The contribution of dynamic observatin data of cross fault deformation is also discussed.
