摘要
本文介绍了利用富氧──乙炔火焰原子吸收法对湖南保靖县科乐村五倍子科研实验基池产的五倍子中Cu、Mn、Zn、Fe、K、Mg、Ca含量进行的研究工作。五倍子经研磨,用湿法消解处理后,用原子吸收法测定。方法简单、快速,具有灵敏度和精密度高,选择性好,试剂消耗量少等优点。本法测定的上述7种元素的样加标回收率均在93.5%~104.8%之间,RSD为1.8%~4.5%。
Determinations of copper,zinc,iron, manganese,sodium, calcium and magnesium, as micro elements in Chinese gallnut are described by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The method is easy and rapid. The sensitivity and precision are high. Recoveries of these seven elements are between 93. 5~104.8%, and variation coefficients are between 1.8%~4. 5%.
