摘要
实现大学生英语综合素质的提高有赖多种因素：有赖于多媒体网络等先进的教学手段、有赖于师生共同合作产生人文互动的氛围、有赖于中国英语教学的历史弊端决裂、有赖于通过课外活动提高实践能力。
This paper＇s exploration to a strategy to improve college students＇ comprehensive capabilities involves the teaching procedure dependence, on the one hand, objectively on modern computer-assisted instruction and web-based instruction, and on the other hand, subjectively on the humanist student-teacher cooperation and interaction which is different from the chronically disadvantaged traditional teaching procedure, with after-school recreational English activities to train students＇ leadership.
