摘要
本文研究了在1770℃~1800℃,保温一小时的烧成条件下,氮气及Si3N4+BN+SiO2埋粉对工业ZrO2和Y-TZP(3mol%Y2O3)相组成的影响。实验结果发现:氮对纯工业ZrO2和Y-TZP均有稳定作用。
The effects of nitrogen and powder bed (Si 3N 4+BN+SiO 2) on the phase composition of ZrO 2 and Y-TZP (3mol%Y 2O 3) sintered at 1770℃~1800℃ for 1h were studied. The experimental results indicated that pure ZrO 2 or Y-TZP could be fully or partially stabilized by nitrogen. N-stabilized ZrO 2 in pure ZrO 2 or Y-TZP could be effectively eliminated by powder bed (Si 3N 4+BN+SiO 2).
