本文介绍了褐煤分别在液相、固相中用微生物降解的方法；降解指标的分析；菌种培养条件的测定；Ｅ４、Ｅ６值的测定；生物量的测定和腐植酸产率的测定。
This paper introduces the degradation method of a brown coal in liquid and solid phase using microorganism, the degradation characteristic analysis, the selection of germ culture condition,the measuring value of E4 and E5. and the measuring quantity of microorganism and percent recovery of the humic acids.
