窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察

摘要 目的观察窄谱(311nm)中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法采用NB-UVB照射治疗82例寻常型银屑病,每周照射3次,每2周评估疗效1次,记录不良反应,并与口服中成药克银丸比较。以银屑病皮损面积和严重指数(PASI)评价疗效。结果82例寻常型银屑病患者治愈53例(64.6%),显效21例(25.6%),有效6例(7.3%),无效2例(2.4%),有效率(治愈+显效)90.2%。疗程结束时平均照射剂量为(5.4±1.5)J/cm2,平均照射次数为(21±5)次,累积照射剂量平均为(22.4±6.5)J/cm2,有4例患者出现皮肤发红、肿胀、灼热感等不良反应。结论NB-UVB照射治疗寻常型银屑病安全、有效,可作为治疗寻常型银屑病的常规物理疗法。
