摘要
目的研究精神分裂症患者的应付方式方法对５７例符合ＣＣＭＤ－２－Ｒ精神分裂症判断标准的患者，进行应付方式评定并与５２例正常对照组比较，结果发现精神分裂症患者问题定向性应付方式显著低于正常对照组，而情绪缓冲性应付方式则显著高于正常对照组，其中前者包括的自信、控制力显著低于正常对照组。后者包括的支持倾向、顺从回避显著高于正常对照组，结论这一结果支持应付方式作为一种心理过程在精神分裂症中存在着异常，这种异常可能是某些精神病理现象的心理学基础。
bjective to study coping style of schizophrenic patients.Methods 57 patients who conformed CCMD-2-R schizophrenic criteria and 52 normal controls were assessed with coping style questionaire of 16 items.Restlts The scales of Problem-oriented Coping Style(PO-CS)of schizophrenics were lower significantly than that of normal controls,with lower scales of Assertion and control.The scales of Affective-palliative Coping Style(AP-CS)of schizophernics were higher significantly than that of controls.with higher scale of Support orientation and Resignation.Conclusions Schizophrenia was characterised by abnormal coping style,which may be a Psychological base of some psychopathology.
