摘要
目的观察和分析缺锌状态下海马生长抑素(SS)的合成与学习记忆能力变化的关系。方法采用低锌饲料使大鼠缺锌2周,分别采用Y-迷宫、免疫组化和原位杂交组化实验方法,观测缺锌大鼠学习记忆行为和缺锌大鼠海马生长抑素(SS)和SSmRNA神经元数目的变化。结果缺锌大鼠在Y-迷宫中达到学会标准所用的时间(次数和天数)明显增多(P<0.05);缺锌大鼠海马SS和SSmRNA神经元数目明显减少(P<0.01)。结论缺锌大鼠海马SS神经元的合成能力降低,这种变化可能是缺锌影响大鼠学习记忆的重要原因之一。
Objective To observe and analyse the changing relationship between SS synthesis of hippocampus and learning and memory of animal under the zinc deficient status.Methods The zinc deficiency rats were fed with zinc deficient diet for 2 weeks.The changes of learning and memory behavior of rats and the numbers of SS and SSmRNA neurons of rat hippocampus under zinc deficiency were observed with Y-maze,immunocytochemistry and in situ hybridizationhistochemistry methods.Results Compared with control group,the zinc deficiency rats took much time(times and days)to acquire the task in Y-maze(P<0 05);zinc deficinecy rats had less SS and SSmRNA positive neruons in hippocampus.Conclusions Zinc deficiency rats SS neurons have lower capacity of synthesis.It may be one of the important reasons in fluencing learning and memory on zinc deficiency rats.
