摘要
目的建立消炎饮一号中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为AlltimaC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(15∶85),柱温为30℃,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷进样量线性范围是0.148~0.74μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.7%,RSD=1.7%。结论高效液相色谱法简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于控制消炎饮一号的质量。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of Paeoniflorin in Xiaoyanyinyihao. Methods The Alhima C18 column (250 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(15 : 85). The flow rate was 1 mL/min. The column temperature was 30℃. Detective wavelength was 230 nm. Results The linear range of Paeoniflorin was 0. 148- 0.74 μg, r = 0. 999 9. The average recovery rate was 100.7% , RSD = 1.7%. Conclusion The method is accurate,sensitive for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Xiaoyanyinyihao,
