摘要
目的 :测定冠心五号合剂中芍药苷的含量。方法 :高效液相色谱 (HPL C)法测定。结果 :平均回收率 97.2 % ,RSD1.94 %。结论 :该方法简便、准确。
Objective: To use a HPLC method for determination of paeoniflorin of paeoniflorin in liquid of Guanxin Wuhao. Methods: The method of HPLC. Results: The recovery of the added sample was 97.2%. RSD was 1.94%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, reproducible.
