摘要
本试验以5.0、2.1和1.7mg/kg剂量吡喹酮(praziquantel)定型药饵,即药饵Ⅳ,并和吡喹酮原粉对比,对口服原头节实验感染细粒棘球绦虫(Echinococcus granulosus)后39天以上的家犬进行了驱虫试验。该药饵的5.0、2.1mg/kg剂量组均获得了100%的驱虫率,但2.1mg/kg剂量的原粉,仅取得80%的驱虫率,1.7mg/kg剂量吡喹酮药饵Ⅳ也仅获得80%的驱虫率。该药饵在11872犬次作小区应用,自动吞服率为83.2%,保持了良好的饵性。
Praziquantel bait, namely Bait IV, at dosages of 5.0, 2.1 and 1.7mg/kg body weight respectively, was administered to dogs which had been fed with E. granulosus for more than 39 days to observe the effiency of the bait in removing E.granulosus with original PZQ powder as control. Results showed that efficiency for the bait 5.0 and 2.1mg/ kg was 100% while that for PZQ powder 2.1mg/kg was 80% as well as the bait 1.7mg/kg. In a field trial, 11872dogs were experimented with a voluntarily eating rate of 83.2%, indicating that PZQ bait, at 2.1mg / kg, was very effective in hydatid control.
