摘要
管理技术和工作流技术作为支持企业业务过程的两项技术,在企业的业务过程中在不同的层次和不同的方面上发挥各自的作用。基于两者的互补特性,提出了一种在协同环境下的项目管理和工作流管理技术集成模型和框架,它结合了项目管理技术在过程管理层次上能够有效的规划、分解、控制和分析企业的业务过程和工作流技术促使企业业务过程自动化,降低过程的复杂性,提高运行效率,优化过程结构,从而能够在协同环境下有效的管理、监控、执行企业业务过程。并提出了这个过程集成模型下的基于免疫遗传算法的任务分配与调度策略,把项目管理技术和工作流技术有效的集成,更好的支持协同业务过程。
The project management technology （PM）） and the workflow technology （WF）, as two technologies of supporting the business process, play their own roles in the business from different hierarchies and aspects. The model and architecture based on integration of enterprise business process in collaborative environment are present, where PM can efficaciously layout, decompose, control and analyze the business process and WF can make the business process automatism, reduce process complexity, improve work efficiency and optimize work flow. so that the business process can be efficiently managed, monitored and performed, then task assigning and scheduling by using genetic algorithm approaches are also been bring up, all of those can integrate PM and WF well and support collaborative business process well.
