用小白鼠皮膜自然宿主抗凝血饲养鼠疫感染蚤的菌栓形成试验 被引量:1

摘要 用小白鼠皮膜长尾黄鼠抗凝血液喂饲鼠疫菌感染的Ⅱ龄期方形黄鼠蚤阿尔泰亚种(C.tesquorumaltaicus)的试验结果表明:其菌栓形成持续时间为38天,菌栓率为5.4%;小白鼠供血基本上能反映该蚤种在自然宿主供血条件下的菌栓形成情况;皮膜抗凝血液供血基本上能满足鼠疫菌营养需求,不阻止菌栓形成。 y. pestis infected Citellophilus tesquorum altaicus of II instar were fed on citrated blood contained in chambers made of mice skins to observe mass formation. Results showed that the duration of mass formation lasted for 38 days with a blockage rate of 5.4%, which were similar to those under natural conditions. Therefore, mass formation was not affected and Y. pest is could grow well enough on citrated blood in mice skin chambers.
