摘要 缓慢细蚤Leptopsylla segnis,Schonherr,1811是我国家鼠鼠疫疫源地主要宿主动物的主要寄生蚤。在温度为24±1℃,相对湿度为85±10%的条件下,用小白鼠饲养,完成一个世代需25~35天。孵化率为74.0%,化蛹率为62.6%,羽化率为58.8%。新羽化未吸血的成蚤其寿命最长为14天。雌雄性比为1.42:1。每只雌蚤终身产卵平均为116.8只。该蚤能吸人血,吸血率为16.25%。 Leptopsylla segnis is all over the world and the main parasitic flea on the principal host animal in the plague foci of domestic rodents. Breeding of the flea has been accomplished at the temperature of 24 ± 1°C and relative humidity of 85 ± 10% with mice as the blood suppliers. A generation required 25-35 days, namely, the egg stage 2-3 days, the larvae stage 6-15 days, and the pupae stage 10-20 days. Hatch rate of the flea is 74.0%, while pupation rate is 62.6% and eclosion rate 58.8%. Female : male= 1.42 : 1. The longest life-span of the adults without bloodsucking is 14 days. During its whole life,the average oviposition rate of a female is 116.8. Leptopsylla segnis is hematophgous when it stings human with the bloodsucking rate 16.25%.
