论国有粮食企业的竞争战略

On Competitive Strategy of State-owned Food Enterprises

摘要 粮食购销市场化打破了国有粮食企业对市场的垄断局面,充分运用市场机制配置资源,按市场需求组织粮食生产,由市场来调节粮食余缺。但我国国有粮食企业背负着沉重的历史包袱,自身还存在着经营机制、产权体制不健全等障碍。国有粮食企业作为市场竞争的参与主体之一,需要用战略的眼光来看待企业的发展,用竞争战略指导企业的经营。 General adoption of the market principle of food purchase and sale has smashed abbroachment of state-owned food enterprises. The principle allocates resource with market mechanism, organize food production by market demand, and the surplus and deficiency of food will be adjusted by the market. However, our state-owned food enterprises still carry the heavy burden historically and it has its own obstacles in managing mechanism and property rights system. As one of the main bodies-join in market competition, state-owned food enterprises need to look on the enterprise development with strategic flair, to guide the business operation with competitive strategy.
