摘要
如何对经营性国有资产进行监管关系到国有资产保值增值目标的实现,现有国有资产监管机制存在各种缺陷。为保证国有企业及国有控股企业所控制经营性国有资产得到合理的使用,完善经营性国有资产监管的组织体系和方法体系非常必要。
The Effective supervision system can decide whether the objective can be realised of hedging the value of state - owned assets. To ensure of the rational management of state - owned assets in the state-run and stale-shareholding enterprises, the paper works on the improvement of the current supervision system in terms of organizational system and methodological system.
