摘要
对于推动西部城市化而言,西部县域工业的全面发展将起关键性的技术拉动作用。但西部县域工业发展规模总体滞后,这一制约因素直接弱化了人口拉动力的形成。分析西部县域工业的发展资金缺损的原因并提出对策。
The full scale industrial development in West China counties plays a very important technology - pulling role in the urbanization of West China. In fact, the industrial development is stagnant, which restricts the formation of population pulling force directly. The reasons are various. Here the reason of the loss and damage mechanism of industry＇s development fund in West China counties is analyzed and a solution is given.
