甘蔗糖蜜废水生产饲料蛋白质的研究 被引量:14

摘要 本文选用白地霉GIM2.12和GIM2.14、热带假丝酵母GIM2.6、产朊假丝酵母GIM2.84个菌种,进行甘蔗糖蜜废水生产饲料蛋白质的菌种和发酵条件优选试验。试验结果表明,热带假丝酵母是能充分利用此种糖蜜废水生产饲料蛋白质的较好菌株,其最佳培养条件为:接种量10%,初始pH4.5,培养时间48h,摇瓶装液30mL/250mL,尿素和KH2PO4的添加量分别为1.6g/L和0.8g/L。在此条件下,饲料蛋白产量可达12.5g/L,化学耗氧量(CODCr)去除率为40%。 Trials of feeding-protein fermentation conditions and strains screening were conducted with four strains: Geotrichum candidum GIM2.12,GIM2.14,Candida tropicalis GIM2.6,Candida utilis GIM2.8,by using the waste water of sugarcane molasses(WWSM),The results showed that Candida tropicalis was the best strain for feeding-protein fermentation with WWSM.Its biomass and chemical oxygen demand (COD)reducing rate were the highest.The suitable fermentation conditions were obtained:initial pH 4.5,inoculating quantity 10 % ,culture time 48 h, medium cubage 30 mL/250 mL, the optimal addition of carbamide 1.6 g/L and KH2PO4 0.8 g/L,CODα, degradating ratio 40 %.
