摘要
综述了寡糖的生理功能、作用机理及分离制备方法,展望了今后寡糖的开发和应用前景。
Oligosaccharide is a bioactive substance in the life movement, the relations between its structure and the function are becoming to be an interested research topic. In this article the physiological function, the action mechanism and the separation preparation method discovered in recent years were elaborated. The prospect of oligosaccharide' exploitation and application was present.
