摘要
网络环境下,信息载体的数字化、信息组织开发技术的集成化、信息经济的主流化和信息服务的社会化、开放化,决定了基于网络的信息资源整合的基本模式。本文从这四个方面分析了信息资源整合的发展趋势,旨在寻求相应的信息资源整合组织机制与对策。
In the network environment, the basic pattern of information integration has been affected by the digitalizing of information carrier, the integrating of information organization technology, the mainstreaming of information economy, the socializing and opening of information service. The developing trend of information integration was analyzed based on the above - mentioned four aspects, so as to seek consequent mechanisms and policies of information resource construction.
