摘要
全民健身计划的实施 ,体育场馆不足是主要矛盾之一。借鉴经济发达国家学校体育场馆向社会有偿开放的经验和管理理论 ,提出了武汉体院体育场馆扩大服务功能 ,对外有偿开放 ,以及相应的科学管理思路。
The author thinks that in implementing Nationwide program for fitness,sports grounds and stadiums are not the major points to be concerned.In view of developed countries' experiences of paid opening up of school sports grounds and stadiums,this paper proposes that Wuhan Institute of P.E. should enlarge the services of the grounds and stadiums and open them with charges.It also suggests relative ideas of scientific management of the grounds and stadiums.
