摘要
以甲醇精馏工艺为研究对象,设计了一种基于蒸汽机械再压缩(MVR)的甲醇精馏系统方案。系统仿真分析结果表明:与常规采用蒸汽作为热源和常温水作为冷凝器冷源的甲醇精馏系统方案相比,MVR甲醇精馏系统因回收利用了甲醇精馏塔塔顶甲醇蒸汽的潜热,并用作再沸器的热源,具有显著的节能降耗优势。与常规甲醇精馏工艺相比,蒸汽机械再压缩甲醇精馏工艺无需消耗生蒸汽和循环冷却水,仅需要增加压缩机,结构工艺流程简单。计算结果表明:对于6万t/a甲醇工艺,蒸汽机械再压缩甲醇精馏系统具有显著的技术经济性能优势,可节约年能耗成本986.3万元,吨甲醇能耗为117.8 kWh,生产成本仅为76.58元/t。与常规甲醇精馏工艺相比,其能耗可降低67.7%,生产成本可降低68.2%。与常规甲醇精馏工艺相比,该方案的能耗可降低6 002 t标煤,对应CO2减排量达15 725 t。
A methanol distillation system scheme is proposed based on mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) technology.Latent heat of the condenser can be used as heat source of the re-boiler in methanol distillation column ; no steam and cooling water are consumed in the proposed MVR methanol distillation system scheme.The simulation results show that for a methanol production system with annual 60 000 t output,compared with the conventional methanol distillation system process,MVR distillation process shows prominent technical,economic and environmental performance potential.Annual energy cost of MVR methanol distillation process is reduced 9.86× 106 yuan RMB; energy consumption of the MVR methanol distillation system isll7.8 kWh/t,which is reduced about 67.7% ; the cost of production is 76.58 yuan/t,which is reduced about 68.2%.The energy cost of MVR methanol distillation process is reduced about 6 002 t of standard coal equivalent,and the annual carbon dioxide emission is reduced about 15 725 t.
