氯碱工业镍-硫电极的研究

摘要 应用电化学沉积的方法制备Ni-S和Ni-Co-S合金镀层.通过测量电极的稳态极化曲线,研究电极的电催化活性和析氢反应活化能,考察热处理和电解液中杂质离子等因素对沉积层析氢活性的影响.实验结果显示,Ni-S电极镀层中的硫质量分数为11.59%时,电极的析氢活性最高,镀层呈非晶态或弱晶态结构,电极的析氢反应活化能为22.344 kJ/mol. The coatings of nickel-sulfur alloy and nickel-cobalt-sulfur alloy are obtained by electrodeposition method. Using the steady-state polarization technique, the activity and active energy of the prepared electrodes for the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) are studied in 1 mol/L NaOH, and the influences of heat treatment and foreign ions in the electrolyte on the HER activity are also investigated. The experimental results show that the Ni-S electrode With sulfur content of 11. 59 % in the layer, whose structure is amorphous characterized by X-ray diffraction technique, has the best HER activity, and its active energy is 22. 344 kJ/mol.
