摘要
以往的研究表明,采用在贮氢合金粉或贮氢合金电极表面包覆物质的方法可以提高MH-Ni蓄电池的性能。研究了一种贮氢合金电极的表面处理方法,该处理方法使电极表面包覆一层非晶态镍硫合金的导电膜。测定了MH-Ni蓄电池的放电性能并以扫描电镜(SEM)、能量散射X射线谱(EDX)以及X射线衍射分析(XRD)对电极表面情况进行了研究,同时,以交流阻抗法和循环伏安法对电极进行了表征。结果表明,电极在经过处理以后,电化学反应电阻有所减小,可以使电极的大电流放电性能和循环寿命得到改善。
By using a new method to modify the surface of metal-hydride electrodes in Ni-MH battery, the electrode can be coated with Ni-S alloy layer. Scanning electronic microscopy (SEM),energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) and X-ray difffraction (XRD) were used to research microstructures on the surface of negative electrodes. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV) tests show that the resistance in the battery is reduced. And high-rate dischargeability and cycle performance can also be improved.
