摘要
实验研究了分置式斯特林循环塑料制冷机,对组成排出器的尼龙推移活塞和玻璃钢气缸的材料性质进行了试验,在制成最低制冷温度为8.5K 的四级塑料制冷机的基础上,试制了一台工作温度为60K—80K,最低制冷温度为45K 的小功率二级塑料制冷机,以适合有可能实用化的高 Tc 超导电子器件的冷却要求。实测了二级机的预冷曲线,分析了影响制冷性能的因素,提出了改进方向。
Split Stirling plastic cryocoolers were studied experimentally. The properties of materials which form the nylon displacer and the glass-epoxy cylinder were analyzed and tested. Based on the study of a 4-stage plastic cryocooler which had the lowest refrigeration temperature of 8.5K, another new type of low power 2-stage plastic cryocooler was trial-produced to work at a temperature between 60 to 80K and to attain the lowest refrigeration temperature of 45K. This may be used to meet the demand of cooling practical high-Tc superconducting electronic devices. The cooldown characteristics and refrigeration capacities of the cryocooler are given. Finally, existing problems are analyzed and suggestions for further research are indicated.
