摘要
研制了一种由铝箔和玻璃钢片所织成的叠片式排出器,并在二级塑料制冷机中进行了对比试验。试验结果表明,叠片排出器制冷机的性能优于尼龙排出器的制冷机。前者的最低制冷温度比后者低7K左右,预冷时间缩短了4h,制冷量也有明显增加。文中还比较了两种不同排出器的热物性,并对制冷机进行了热分析。
A laminated displacer which consists of alaminum foil and glass-epoxy is developed and tested in a two-stage plastic cryocooler.Experimen-tal results show that the performance of the cryocooler with laminateddisplacer is superior to that with nylon displacer.The lowest refrigerationtemperature for the former is about 7K lower than that for the latter.Thetime of precooling is shortened 3 to 4 hours and the increament of therefrigeration capacity is distinct.In the paper the conparison of the twotypes of displacers in thermal properties and the thermal analysis of thecryocooler are also given.
