降低成本和遵循质量标准是纺纱厂一直追寻的两个方面。增加梳理宽度是其中一个可行的方法,但不是最佳方法。改善梳理效果可以通过减少产量这种更加经济的方法来获得。对于降低成本和提高质量来说,最有效的方法就是使用更好的梳理部件,尤其是使用最佳的针布———可用于任何梳棉机,而不仅仅是新型梳棉机。
Cost reduction and observance of quality standards are ongoing assignments for a spinning mill. Enlargement of carding width is one of several possibilities, but not the optimum one. Improved carding may be achieved in a more economical way by reduction of production. The most advantageous path to cost reduction and quality improvements is the employment of improved carding elements, preferably optimized clothing-useable in all cards, not only in new ones.
