摘要
文章基于C级轿车后桥自主开发概念设计模型,针对后桥部件的上摆臂、下摆臂、后副车架、后纵摆臂4个主要零部件,利用有限元软件对刚度分析和不同工况静力分析,得出刚度和应力分析结果,经过多次“设计—改进—分析”的循环过程,获得满足目标值的优化设计结果,旨在验证后桥4个零部件的力学性能,提供优化设计的参考计算模型。
Based on an independent developed rear axle notion model of a certain C - level car, the article uses finite element analysis software to conduct rigidity and static analysis at different working modes aiming at four major parts on rear axle such as upper and lower swing arms, rear auxiliary frame and rear longitudinal swing arm. The obtained result of rigidity and stress analysis can be further optimized. Thus, the mechanical performance of rear axle's four parts can be testified and calculation model of optimized design for reference can be promoted.
