摘要
对影响试管开花的许多有关因素,如外植体的取材部位与生理状态,外源植物激素,多胺类和营养环境条件等研究进展作了评述。
In vitro flowering of the plant tissue culture is paid more and more attention. Advances of studies on the plant in vitro flowering, including the explant to select the spot, the physiological condition, phytohormones, polyamines and nutrition environmental condition and so on ,are reviewed to provide reference basis for further studies and application of in vitro flowering,
