摘要
人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染是宫颈癌等肿瘤的高危因素,其致瘤机制尚未完全阐明。在免疫应答过程中,机体HLA-I,Ⅱ,Ⅲ类分子表达异常与HPV相关肿瘤免疫逃避有关,可为宫颈癌、食管癌等肿瘤的病因学提供新的线索。
Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is a high risk factor of cervical carcinoma. The pathogenesis of HPV infection is incompletely elucidated. Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) is the greatest complicated immune system. The evaluation of associations of HLA alleles with HPV variants may be helpful in designing vaccines capable of mediating immune protection against HPV infection. It can offer new clues for the etiology of carcinoma that the abnormal expressions of HLA class Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ molecules are relate to the immune escape of HPV-related carcinoma during immune response.
