摘要
在试模过程中,成型的塑件有多种失效形式,而每种失效形式都和模具设计不合理有关。对此提出了在模具设计图完成之前进行失效模式及后果分析活动,并对如何建立失效模式及后果分析进行了详细的论述,最后给出了验证实例。
There are many failure modes of plastic parts dunng trial molding process, Every failure mode is in relation to improper designs. Analysis on mode failure effects was thus suggested before design of mould was finished. Discussion was focused on establishment of failure mode effects analysis, and then a practical example was given.
