摘要
采用硅胶薄层层析法和比色法对猪肠粘膜中性粘多糖的成分进行了分析测定。结果显示其组成是:糖醛酸为1%~2%,硫酸基为1%左右,氨基己糖为30%~35%,以及少量的唾液酸;半乳糖和葡萄糖含量极少或没有。
The constituents of neutral -mucopolysaccharide in swine enteromucosa were analysed by silicon thin -layer chromatography and colorimetic method. Results showed its constituents were: uronic acid 1 %  ̄ 2 %、SO41% 、hexosamine 30%  ̄ 35 % and few sialic acid. The contents of semi-lactose and glucose were small or zero.
