摘要
近年来,农村的宗法观念和宗族势力有抬头之势,对村民自治建设产生了许多不良的影响。农村宗族势力的重新抬头主要是由农村生产力发展水平和生产方式决定的,国家行政控制力量的弱化也是原因之一。要搞好村民自治建设,从根本上消除宗族势力的不良影响,就必须坚持中国共产党的领导,大力发展生产力和集体经济,加强政治文明建设,进一步加强对宗族势力的控制和引导。
Over the past years the ancestral idea has emerged and its effect has been felt. The negative effects of the phenomenon are most obvious in villagers＇ autonomy and their production. The reason for the recovery of ancestral idea is mostly related to the laggard productivity and modes of production. And the weakening of the govern- ment administrative control has also provided it with the environment. To ensure healthy development of villagers＇ autonomy and to eradicate the negative effects of the ancestral idea, adherence to the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party is to be enhanced, productivity and collective economy should be further developed, and political civilization should be promoted and villagers＇ awareness of ancestor culture should be gradually suppressed.
