摘要
两委关系作为村民自治实践中的热点问题,正日益引起人们的重视。本文立足于我国农村发展的实际,将纷繁复杂的两委关系归结为四种类型,并提出了四种相对应的冲突解决模式,旨在探讨两委冲突的解决之道。
Being a hot issue in the practice of villagers'autonomy, the relationship between the Party branch and villagers'committee has drawn great attention. Based on the developing reality of Chinese countryside, this paper aims at exploring how to resolve the conflict between the Party branch and villagers'committee. The complicated relationships between the Party branch and villagers' committee are categorized into four types, and four corresponding methods of conflict resolution are discussed.
