摘要 高校教师岗位聘任制的实行,逐渐打破了高校教师待遇分配上的平均主义和职务终身制,这对调整和优化高校师资队伍的结构和资源配置起到了重要作用。推进高校教师岗位聘任制,不仅需要营造良好的内部环境,还必须具备良好的外部条件保障。只有使内部环境与外部条件有机结合,教师岗位聘任制才能长效运行并发挥其应有的作用。 With the further reform of teachers' post appointment system in colleges, the equalitarianism in teachers' remuneration distribution and the system of life - long tenure in post are broke down, which play an important role in adjusting and optimizing the team structure and recourse distribution for college teachers. In order to promote the post appointment system for college teachers, good external conditions, as well as good internal environment, are both necessary. Only when the internal environment and external conditions are combined systematically, can the post appointment system for college teachers' function effectively and actually in a long run.
