摘要
当今世界的发展已呈现出经济一体化和全球一体化的特征,文化领域也呈现出一种大融合的趋势。翻译作为一种文化交流活动,也应该符合全球化的发展趋势,在翻译标准和理论方面也应具有全球化的特色。从全球化的角度探讨学贯中西的文学家和翻译家林语堂先生的翻译理论,必将对我们现在的翻译工作有更大的推进。
The world＇s tendency nowadays is economic integration and glohalization, and cultures of different countries also blend. As a means of culture exchange, translation should also adapt to the situation of glohalizafion, whether in translation norms or theories. This paper attempts to probe into our famous writer and translation expert Lin Yutang＇ s translation theories and practices under the context of glohalization, with the hope to help drive our translation work forward.
