摘要
合成了邻苯二甲酸.邻菲咯啉合钴的配合物[Co(C8H4O4)(C12H8N2)(H2O)3].H2O,并用元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射等手段进行了表征.结果表明,该配合物属单斜晶系,P2(1)/n空间群:a=0.757 1(2)nm,b=1.373 7(3)nm,c=2.001 5(4)nm,β=95.56(1)°,V=2.071 9(8)nm3,Mr=475.31,Dc=1.524g/cm-3,Z=4,F(000)=980,μ(MoKα)=0.879 mm-1,R1=0.034 8,wR2=0.071 1.在配合物中钴的配位数为6,具有畸变的八面体配位构型.晶体通过分子间氢键形成一维的无限链状结构.链与链之间通过芳环堆积作用构成二维超分子网络.
The reactions of Co(NO3) 2.6H20, 1, 10-phenanthroline and phthalic acid in NaOH solution with pH 7.0 yields a new 2D supramolecular compound [ Co(C8H4O4) (CI2HsN2) (H2O) 3]· H2O. The complex has been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallized in the monoclinic space group P2(1)n,a=0.7571(2)nm,b=1.3737(3)nm,c=2.0015(4)nm,β=95.56(1)°,V=2.0719(8)nm^3,Mr=475.31,Dc=1.524g/cm^-3,Z=4,F(000)=980,μ(MoKα)=0.879mm^-1,. The final Rland wR2 are 0. 034 8 and 0.071 1 respectively. The cobalt( Ⅱ ) ion is six-coordinated in a distorted octahedron to form a unit. Every unit is connected by hydrogen bonds forming 1D chain and 2D supramolecular network by π - π stacking interaction between adjoining chains.
