摘要
目的:探讨中国大学生心理咨询模式及干预疗效,方法:本研究在对366名大学生SCL-90测查基础上,抽取5个平行班,共256人,经统计检验在班与班之间没有差异的前提条件下,实施四种心理咨询模式,即模式一,讲授大学生心理卫生课程、实施小组心理咨询和个别心理咨询。模式二,讲授大学生心理卫生课程、实施小组心理咨询。模式三,讲授大学生心理卫生课程。模式四,实施个别心理咨询。结果:①采用四种心理咨询模式对大学生心理健康干预都显示出一定效果。②模式一咨询效果最佳。③不同模式的咨询效果不同,应视具体情况加以选择。
Objective To compare the effects of four consultation models in college students Method 256 college students from 5 classes were included There was no difference between the 5 classes in their scores of SCL 90 Four models of consultation were applied to 4 of the 5 classes randomly,Model 1:Give a lesson of Mental Health for College Students,plus group and individual consultations;Model 2:Give a lesson of Mental Health for College Students,plus group consultations;Model 3:Give a lesson of Mental Health for College Students Model 4:only individual consultation was done Result the results of SCL 90 suggested that the college students had benefit from all of the four models,in which Model 1 had the best effect Conclusion:We should select different model of consultation tailored for the needs of our clients Which one will be better depends on particular situations
