肿瘤坏死因子及细胞间粘附分子-1在豚鼠-大鼠异种心脏移植超急性排斥反应中的作用

摘要 TNF和ICAM-1在同种异体器官移植排斥反应中起重要作用,它们在异种移植排斥反应中的作用,未见文献报道。本实验选用豚鼠-大鼠异种心脏移植模型,采用L929法检测超急性排斥反应发生前、中、后血浆TNF值及LSAB法检测超急性排斥反应结束时刻供心动脉ICAM-1的表达,结果提示TNF可能未参与超急性排斥反应,ICAM-1未参与超急性排斥反应。这可能与超急性排斥反应发生快,TNF,ICAM-1来不及表达有关。 TNF and ICAM-1 play important roles in allograft rejection, however, there are no records Concerning their roles in hyperacute rejection. The guineapig to rat heart graft Model was employed to study both TNF and ICAM-1 in Xenograft rejection.The plasma level of TNF was tested by L929 Mothed before, during and after hyperacute rejection and the ICAM-1 expression in donor's artery after hyperacute rejection was studied by LSAB Mothed. The results showed that both TNF and ICAM-1 might not express in the Course of the hyperacute rejection in this heart Xenograft model.
