广西县域粮食安全评价与虚拟土地战略的初步研究 被引量：9

摘要 文章通过对广西县域粮食安全状况进行评价分级,指出人口持续增长、土地资源短缺、粮食生产分布不平衡、粮食生产环境恶化等是影响当前广西县域粮食安全的主要因素;认为运用虚拟土地战略是达到县域土地资源平衡、实现粮食安全、维护生态平衡的有效途径;从调整农业结构、加大财政支持力度、完善粮食流通体系、构建粮食安全信息系统等方面提出实施虚拟土地战略的对策建议。
