SPR生物传感器能够准确、灵敏、快速、简便地检测多种生化指标,并实时监测分子间的相互作用。经过20年来的发展,目前在食品检验中已成为很受关注的一项光电检测技术。简要介绍了SPR的基本原理、组成结构以及在食品检测中的应用。
SPR biosensor can inspect a lot of biochemical index exactly, sensitively, fast and simply. And it also can inspect reciprocity of inter-molecule in real time. It has developed for 20 years, and become a popular photoelectric technique in food examination in recent years. The article introduced basic principle, structure and application of SPR biosensor in food inspection.
