摘要
针对知识经济时代图书馆知识型员工增多的现状及知识型员工的自身特点,指出了现阶段我国图书馆管理过程中存在的问题,并在借鉴国外组织管理经验的基础上,提出了对图书馆知识型员工进行激励管理的有效措施,以实现图书馆和员工个人的双赢。
In response to the current situation of which the number of intellectual staff kept rising, taking into account their characteristics in the knowledge-based economy times, this research revealed the existent problems in the library management and put forward some effective measures to implement incentive management on referring to the oversea management experience for the good of the library and the staff.
