摘要
采用雷氏盐沉淀法对豆类丝核菌菌丝体中有机物进行了分离提取。经熔点测定仪及GC-MS初步鉴定得到5种物质,蒲公英甾醇、α-香树脂醇、大狼毒素以及两种未知化合物,均是首次从豆类丝核菌菌丝体中得到。
To study the chemical constituents of Rhizoctonia leguminicola mycelium. Reinecke salt was employed for the isolation and purification of it＇s constituents. Five compounds were indentified form mycelium＇ s lixivium as ： alpha-Amyrin ; Taraxasterol ; α＇-Neogammacer-22 （ 29 ）-en-3-ol, （ 3. beta. , 21. beta）- and two unknown compounds. These compounds were found in this mycelium for the first time.
