摘要
为获得龙牙百合高品质的鳞球种球,加快组培快繁进程,以龙牙百合小鳞芽为试材,通过组织培养的方法进行了鳞球增重及生根培养研究.结果表明,诱导龙牙百合小鳞芽生长发育成鳞球的最适培养基为MS+IAA1.0mg/L;龙牙百合鳞球增重的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+2,4-D0.5mg/L,培养基蔗糖质量分数影响鳞球的增重,适当提高蔗糖质量分数对鳞球的增重有促进作用,以5%效果最好;鳞球生根的最适培养基为1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L.
Using buds in Lilium brownii var. viridulum as research material, by the way of tissue culture, we have drawn the following conclusions: The experiments showed that the medium MS supplemented with 1.0 mg/L IAA was fitting for inducing buds change to bulbs. The medium MS supplemented with 6-BA1.0 mg/L and 2,4-D0.5mg/L was fitting for putting on weight, and the density of bagasse affected putting on weight, using 5 percent bagasse will get better result. The medium 1/2MS supplemented with IBA 0.5 mg/L was perfect for growing roots.
