IRAMS10UP60B是IR公司生产的新型集成功率模块。它在一个单独的隔离的封装内提供了一个非常紧凑的高性能AC电机驱动器,设计非常简单。该文着重介绍了此功率驱动板的设计以及模块的特性、内部结构及其工作原理。
IRAMS10UP60B is an new integrated power module maden by International Rectifier, It offers an extremely compact, high performance AC motor-driver in a single isolated package for a very simple design. The power driver board on this modul is mainly introduced in this paper and the characterisitic and internal structer and operation principle of ps11014 are introduced in this paper, too.
