摘要 采用全桥拓扑主电路,运用UC3825脉宽调制控制芯片和集成功率模块,设计了伺服系统的功率开关电源。主开关管采用的集成功率模块自带驱动功率IGBT(InsulatedGateBipolarTransistor)电路,并有输出短路、过流、过热及欠压保护功能;着重给出了控制电路和保护电路的设计,通过实验验证了系统设计的有效性。结果表明,该电源的功率转换效率可达80%;输出电压保持时间长达20ms;其电压调节范围宽和纹波小的特点保证了伺服系统控制的稳定度。各种保护措施的设计提高了整机的可靠性,减少了对电网的干扰。 The switching power source used in servo power system was designed based on UC3825 and IPM(Integrated Power Module) module. The main circuit is a fullbridge transform structure. The main switch based on IPM has IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) driving function with short circuit, over current, over temperature, and lower voltage protection circuits. It reduces the circuit complexity and improves reliability. A control circuit and protection circuit are also included. The system has been verified in experiments. The transfer effect of this power is 80%; the holding time of output voltage can keep 20 ms, the wider voltage modification and smaller ripple ensures the stabilization of Servo system. Many measures are made to improve the reliability of system and reduces the disturb to electricnetwork.
