摘要
针对热锻模在受到较大冲击力、挤压力和急冷急热应力等多种受力条件下,模具出现过早失效,其主要失效形式为磨损和断裂。为使模具获得硬度和韧性的良好配合。我们采用了渗硼强化模腔表面,淬火加高温回火强韧化模具基体的复合热处理方法,使热锻模寿命得到了较大的提高。
Aimed at premature invalidation of hot-forging die under multi-forces conditions such as large punching, extrusion and sudden cool or sudden heat hot stress, its main invalidation comes form abrasion and rupture. In order to obtain good fit between hardness and toughness of die, compound heat treatment method is used: boronizing is used to intensify die cavity surface, quenching and high temperature temper is used to obdurability die body, as the result, the working life of hot-forge die is improved largely.
